Sorry for taking so long to respond.  What kind of coconut did you use?  It may have something to do with that, otherwise I&#039;m not quite sure.  Were the solids still white?  As long as they still looked normal (not, like, chemically modified or anything), I&#039;m sure they&#039;d have been fine to turn into flour.]]></description>
