In reply to Anouk. SO sorry about the delayed response, but yes, the coconut flour in the recipe is FLOUR. There is also shredded coconut (or flakes) in the recipe, as well, though!

so, just to be sure: the coconut flour you talk about is really flour (de-fatted) and not shredded coconut (still has fat)? makes a big difference moisture-balance wise, so better double check before i give these sweeties a try!
