					<description><![CDATA[I made this yesterday and I&#039;ll definitely do this again! In all fairness, our coffee was strong, but probably not as concentrated.  It was very kefir-twangy for our tastes initially, but I turned it into a coffee shake by blending with a scoop of our chocolate protein powder and some almond/coconut milk and we had a probiotic protein smoothie! When I make this ice cream again, I may cut the kefir in 1/2 and use canned coconut milk for the other 1/2. Can&#039;t wait to try. Thank you!!! Big hit with the husband and teens, too. :)]]></description>
