I’ve made these cookies 3 times, the 3rd batch was the best, but I didn’t put the mix in the fridge. I love them so much. I’ve also tried quinoa cookies and my barely cookie mix is sitting in the fridge. :)

I have never baked in my life. This was my first attempt, and it turned out well! Thank you for the easy recipe. One question - I taste a little flour in my cookies. What do you think I did wrong?

Just made these and did NOT put in fridge before baking. They spread all over the pan. Which.Was. Awesome! They came out chewy and delicious. 2 of my kids loved them. I did add about 1/4 tsp of cinnamon to enhance chocolate and accidentally used 1/3c. measuring instead of 1/4c. for sugar-oops. Thank you for the recipe, I'm adding this to my favorites.

What a great cookie with simple, workable ingredients. I was surprised that they turned out so well, short in texture yet held together beautifully. I did not put in the stevia, and only used the half cup of sugar and there was enough sweetness for us. To save extra washing and a step, I did not cream the oil and sugar and still ended up with a great result. Well done on the recipe, it is a keeper.

I really like this recipe! Made a couple of substitutions:
maple syrup instead of stevia, flax egg, and I used (had to as I did not have enough buckwheat) 1/4 cup of almond meal. They are slightly too sweet for me, not too sure if maybe the maple syrup combined with the sweetness of almonds was too much..
next time I will try to reduce the amount of sugar.

Great recipe. ?? I used raw honey instead of stevia or coconut sugar. Cacao 74% in place of chocolate chips. Also added unsweetened organic coconut I had left over from making coconut milk. Delicious healthy dessert. ???
