					<description><![CDATA[Tried this and it&#039;s close, but not quite right.  It&#039;s too fruit forward.  I&#039;d like to taste more almond.  I also wouldn&#039;t use brown sugar for the simple syrup, it gets too dark and muddy looking.  White sugar would be better.  Not sure how to make it more almondy, perhaps you should use the apricot pits?  Going to work on tweaking this, but it&#039;s almost there.]]></description>
