You could use oat flour (grind up oats in a food processor) or more buckwheat flour.  If you use more buckwheat flour, you may need to add more liquid, as buckwheat tends to have a dry feel.  Hope that helps!]]></description>

I would definitely recommend storing the cooked cakes, but when you do, place a piece of parchment or wax paper between each one, as they start sticking together once they&#039;re in the fridge.  I hope you enjoy them!  I too am a oatmeal every day kinda girl.  :)]]></description>
