So glad you found me!! I actually love using buckwheat flour in cookies!! I would try between 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 cups of buckwheat flour. Start with 2 1/2, and see how the dough comes together! Add more if needed at the end. Let me know how you like them!!]]></description>
